Coach creates the session in advance or on arrival. Selects session type (training/match/assessment), focus tags, and facility code. Takes 2 minutes maximum.
Coach taps each athlete's face to mark present/absent. The attendance grid is sorted by squad position. One thumb, 45 seconds for 23 players.
Coach coaches. The app is in their pocket. No data entry during the session — just coaching. Optional: quick voice note on an athlete mid-session if something remarkable happens.
After the final whistle, coach works through their key athletes — typically 6–10 per session. 8 attribute sliders per athlete, optional note. The quick rating tool is designed for one thumb while standing.

Athlete sees their updated card, PB banner, XP earned. Parent receives a plain-English notification — no scores, just the story. PB notifications are celebrations, not reports. The coach controls the narrative.
